Policy Review Public Hearing
The Commission hears submissions as part of its mandate to recommend an arm’s-length review mechanism for the national security activities of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Submissions are made by Jennifer Stoddart, Hedy Kirkby, and Carman Baggeley (Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada), Lorne Waldman (Counsel for Mr. Arar), and Hilary Homes (Amnesty International).
