Charbonneau Commission
Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. This public inquiry was established in November 2011 by then Quebec Premier Jean Charest to address allegations of corruption and collusion in Quebec's construction industry and political party financing.
The witness for the afternoon session on April 17, 2013 was Frank Zampino (Former Chairman, Executive Committee of the City of Montreal).
