Commission Charbonneau - May 23, 2013 - Part 1

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. This public inquiry was established in November 2011 by then Quebec Premier Jean Charest to address allegations of corruption and collusion in Quebec's construction industry and political party financing.

The witnesses for the morning session on May 23, 2013 were Marc Gendron (Retired former engineer) and Gilles Théberge (Former Sintra employee and former consultant for Valmont Nadon).
