The Commission continues to hear closing oral arguments. Pierre Leduc continues to make closing arguments on behalf of Gilles-André Gosselin, focusing on anomalous billing practices and allegations of improper subcontracting. Harvey Yarosky makes closing arguments on behalf of Jean Brault, praising the credibility of Mr. Brault’s testimony and his willingness to produce documentation to support his testimony. Mr. Yarosky also reviews corroborating testimony from other witnesses.
