The Commission continues to hear closing oral arguments. Harvey Yarosky continues to make closing arguments on behalf of Jean Brault, reviewing corroborating testimony from other witnesses. Louis Bélanger presents closing arguments on behalf of Luc Lemay, emphasizing Mr. Lemay’s limited contact with the Department of Public Works and Government Services and the indirect nature of his involvement with the sponsorship program.
