The Commission continues to hear closing oral arguments. Gérald Tremblay makes closing arguments on behalf of BCP. Mr. Tremblay reiterates BCP’s lack of involvement in sponsorship activities, speaks about double standards applied to Crown corporations, and responds to specific findings in the 2004 report of the Auditor General. Raymond Doray makes closing arguments on behalf of André Ouellet, focusing on the administrative autonomy of Canada Post and Mr. Ouellet’s lack of executive authority as chair of the board of Canada Post.
