The Commission continues to hear closing oral arguments. Clément Groleau, counsel for the Bloc Québécois, presents an argument in which he alleges the existence of a widespread scandal with clear political direction. Arthur Hamilton and Brian Mitchell present closing arguments for the Conservative Party of Canada, alleging the use of improper political influence to benefit the Quebec wing of the Liberal Party of Canada.
