Commission Counsel Marie Cossette conducts direct examination of Pierre Michaud (a former project manager at Lafleur Communication). Mr. Michaud describes a 1997 donation to the Liberal Party of Canada reimbursed by Jean Lafleur. He also explains invoices sent to Canada Post for a stamp design competition and for the promotion of a stamp launch.
