The Commission hears testimony from Robert Macdonald, Pierre St-Laurent, and Steven Whitla, investigative and forensic accountants from Kroll Lindquist Avey. Under direct examination by Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer, the witnesses describe their review of documents submitted to the Commission by the Privy Council Office, the Department of Public Works and Government Services, and several communications agencies involved in sponsorship activities.
