Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities
Witness: Gaetano Manganiello
Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer conducts direct examination of Gaetano Manganiello (a former employee of the Liberal Party of Canada and of Pluri Design). Questions for Mr. Manganiello focus on his payment by Jacques Corriveau’s Pluri Design and his use of a van belonging to Groupaction during the course of his work for the Liberal Party. There are brief cross-examinations by Doug Mitchell (Counsel for the Liberal Party of Canada) and Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) followed by a short re-examination by Mr. Cournoyer.
