Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities
Witness: Giuseppe Morselli
The Commission hears testimony from Giuseppe (Joseph) Morselli (a former member of the finance commission of the Quebec wing of the Liberal Party of Canada). Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer conducts direct examination with questions focusing on Mr. Morselli’s relationships with Alfonso Gagliano and Antonio Mignacca, his involvement with the provincial Liberal Party in Quebec, and his work for the Quebec wing of the federal Liberal Party beginning in October 2000.
