Witness: Ralph Goodale
David W. Scott (Counsel for Jean Chrétien) conducts direct examination of Ralph Goodale (former Minister of Public Works and Government Services), with questions focusing on Mr. Goodale’s freezing of sponsorship activities in May 2002 and the cancellation of the sponsorship program in December 2003.
