Doug Mitchell (Counsel for the Liberal Party of Canada) conducts direct examination of Steven MacKinnon (National Director of the Liberal Party of Canada) and Hervé Rivet (Director General of the Quebec wing of the Liberal Party of Canada), asking them about the organizational structure and financial situation of the Quebec wing of the federal Liberal Party.
