Prime Minister Stephen Harper visits the Citadel in Quebec City and discusses plans to completely restore a nearby armoury destroyed by fire in 2008. He takes a variety of questions ranging from Israel-Gaza violence to whether the PQ government should remove the Canadian flag from the National Assembly.

Hundreds of public service members rally on Parliament Hill to protest cuts they say will hurt the general public. The Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada represents some 60,000 professionals and scientists across Canada’s public sector.
