The much-anticipated second budget implementation landed in Parliament this morning. Martin Stringer has full reaction from Finance Minister Jim Flaherty, his parliamentary secretary Shelly Glover, and opposition finance critics Peggy Nash (NDP) and Scott Brison (Liberal).

With public service pensions also slated for major change under Bill C-45, Martin speaks to Chris Aylward, national executive vice-president of the Public Service Alliance of Canada.

Robert Slater, vice-chairman of the National Roundtable on the Environment and the Economy, discusses the group's final report, which calls for a low-carbon economy and more effort to cut emissions.
