2010 CASIS International Conference
The Canadian Association for Security and Intelligence Studies (CASIS) held their annual conference in Ottawa from October 14th to 15th. This year's theme was "Understanding National Security." Participants in this October 14th session reflected on the Air India Inquiry. The panellists were Gilles Michaud (assistant commissioner, RCMP), Raymond Boisvert (assistant director for intelligence, CSIS) and Norman Boxall (partner, Bayne Sellar Boxall). Boxall was co-counsel for the Air India Victims' Families Association during the Air India Inquiry.
