From June 3 to June 5, the 2013 Canadian Telecom Summit took place in Toronto.

The final panel of June 4, "The Customers Speak Out," featured Roberta Fox (chairman and chief innovation officer, Fox Group) Christopher Henry (CIO, Grant Thornton), John Lawford (executive director and general counsel, PIAC), Howard Maker (commissioner and CEO, Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services), Barbara Motzney (Chief Consumer Officer, CRTC), and Dean Smalley (vice-president and co-owner, A & B Courier).
