2012 and U.S. foreign policy
The Chaire Raoul-Dandurand at the Université du Québec à Montréal organized a panel discussion on the possible impact of the result of the November 2012 presidential election on U.S. foreign policy. The participants were Charles-Philippe David (Raoul-Dandurand Chair), Louis Balthazar (Professor Emeritus, Laval University), Julien Tourreille (doctoral student in political science, UQAM), Sami Aoun (political science professor, Université de Sherbrooke) and Karine Prémont (professor, Collège André-Grasse).
