The Canadian Journalism Foundation and Carleton University's School of Journalism and Communication hold an event in Ottawa titled "On the Hill, Online and In the Loop: How Social Media is Changing Politics and Reporting. The first session, "Political Reporters Talk Social Media," featured Glen McGregor (Ottawa Citizen), Kady O’Malley (CBC), David Reevely (Ottawa Citizen), Joanna Smith (Toronto Star), Nick Taylor-Vaisey (Maclean’s) and Andrew Potter (Ottawa Citizen).
