Revue Politique host Pierre Donais holds two panel discussions on the issue.One panel features MPs Jacques Gourde (Conservative - Lotbinière--Chutes-de-la-Chaudière, Que.), Lysane Blanchette-Lamothe (NDP - Pierrefonds-Dollard, Que.) and David McGuinty (Liberal - Ottawa South, Ont.) while the other is made up of political observers Elizabeth Thompson (iPolitics.ca), Hugo De Grandpré (a reporter with Quebec daily La Presse) and political commentator William Johnson.
