Government Senate Leader Marjory LeBreton and Opposition Senate Leader James Cowan comment on a motion to have the auditor general examine all Senate expenses.

Cabinet ministers Christian Paradis, Joe Oliver and Julian Fantino, as well as NDP Leader Thomas Mulcair, are questioned on whether a similar audit should be conducted for MPs' expenses.

The leader of the Official Opposition is also asked about his party's motion calling to end all funding for the Senate, the possible suspension of two Conservative MPs over election spending, and the ongoing controversy involving Nigel Wright's $90,000 payment to Senator Mike Duffy.
