Scrums

Government House Leader Peter Van Loan comments on the U.S. Senate's rejection of a proposed new border-crossing fee for Canadians and on the recent audit of Senate expenses.

NDP Deputy Leader Megan Leslie, Liberal MP Rodger Cuzner and New Democrat MP Mathieu Ravignat also speak to reporters about the Senate audit and whether the RCMP should be called in to investigate.

Ravignat is also asked about cuts to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and the decision to transfer passport services to Citizenship and Immigration.

Bloc Québécois House Leader André Bellavance also responds to questions about passport services.
