Fabian Vuradin v. Her Majesty the Queen (May 16, 2013)
Case # 35143

The appellant was found guilty on four counts of sexual assault and one count of unlawful touching for a sexual purpose. The complainants included three children, two sisters and one of the sisters’ friends, and one adult. The testimony of all four complainants was similar in that each testified to inappropriate touching and groping in the appellant's car.

Was the hearing simply a formality? Had the court made an, irrvocable, decision on the matter prior to the hearing?

The main issue is that the threatening remarks were made in a place where it is assumed that confidentiality exist? Wasn't he in jail?
