Tête-à-Tête is a program about people who have made headlines in French-speaking Canada. In this episode, Pierre Donais sits down with Christine St-Pierre.

Christine St-Pierre enetred politics following a successful 30-year career in journalism as a reporter for CBC Radio and Television, as a parliamentary correspondent in Quebec City and in Ottawa, and as a foreign correspondent in Washington. In 2007, she was elected as the Liberal MNA for the provincial riding of Acadie, in Quebec.

Under Jean Charest, she held various cabinet posts including minister of Culture, of Communication and of the Status of Women right up until the Liberal government’s defeat in 2012.
