Tête à Tête
Djemila Benhabib is an Algerian-born Quebecer who, on March 17, 2009, published a book about the Bouchard-Taylor Commission and the demands of Islamist groups for reasonable accommodation. Based on well-documented testimony, her book (Ma vie à contre-coran) sheds light on the strategies used by Islamists. Formerly a journalist in Algeria, Ms. Benhabib is currently employed as a federal public servant in the national capital region.
