Jean Lambert has been a notary for 40 years and practised law in the Montreal area. At one point, he was also active in the Saint-Jérôme area, namely in community television. Mr. Lambert is currently President of the Chambre des notaires du Québec, a position he previously held from 1984 to 1990.
