Today, Pierre Donais welcoms lawyer L. Yves Fortier.
Recognized as one of the top arbitrators in the world, L. Yves Fortier has put his skills to use at the international level on more than one occasion. From 1988 to 1992, Fortier was Canada's ambassador ato the United Nations. He also served as Canada's representative on U.N. Security Council, including a stint as president in 1989. Fortier has argued major cases before courts throughout Canada and the world. Fortier is currently chairman emeritus and senior partner with the Ogilvy Renault law firm.
