►Karen Shepherd, the federal lobbying commissioner, discusses her office's main estimates at the Commons ethics committee.

►Bloc Québécois MP Maria Mourani answers questions on her bill (C-452) at the justice committee. Montreal and Winnipeg police detectives also appear on the legislation, which contains a number of measures to counter human trafficking.

►Graham Fraser, the official languages commissioner, goes before the Senate's official languages committee, which is studying how changes to the immigration system will affect minority English and French language communities.
