HOUSE OF COMMONS

Justice: More witnesses appear on Bill C-54. They include the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, the Quebec bar, Canadian Mental Health Association, and victims' families.

Bill C-54 would reform how an accused person is designated "not criminally responsible," with public safety the paramount consideration.

Veterans Affairs: Officials from Australia's veterans' affairs department appear from Canberra to discuss their services and benefits.

International Trade: The Canadian Labour Congress, Canadian Council of Chief Executives, and Canadian Chamber of Commerce discuss the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
