Pierre Daigle, the Canadian Forces ombudsman, discusses Bill C-15 at the Commons national defence committee. Also on the witness list is Vice-Admiral Bruce Donaldson, vice-chief of the defence staff, and Maj. Gen. Blaise Cathcart, the Judge Advocate General.

The justice committee meets to elect a chair to replace Conservative MP Dave MacKenzie.
