►Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird and Minister of State Diane Ablonczy present main estimates to the foreign affairs committee.

Betty Ann Lavallée, national chief of the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples, discusses Bill S-2 at the status of women committee.

Perry Bellegarde, chief of the Federation of Saskatchewan Indians, testifies on Bill C-428 at the aboriginal affairs committee.

Robert Herman, chief of the Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service, appears at the public safety committee.

►The finance committee continues to study income inequality. Also: Sonia L'Heureux, the interim parliamentary budget officer, answers questions on the office's latest economic and fiscal outlook.

Gil McGowan, president of the Alberta Federation of Labour, appears at the natural resources committee, which is studying the energy sector.

►The Senate energy, environment and natural resources committee hears from Peter Taptuna, Nunavut's economic development minister, on Bill C-47.

►More Ontario MPs are expected at the procedure and house affairs committee, which is considering the province's proposed federal boundaries. Notably, all six of Scarborough's MPs are on the witness list: Corneliu Chisu (Pickering--Scarborough East), Roxanne James (Scarborough Centre), Dan Harris (Scarborough Southwest), Jim Karygiannis (Scarborough--Agincourt), John McKay (Scarborough--Guildwood), and Rathika Sitsabaiesan (Scarborough--Rouge River

Five of Scarborough's ridings have been redrawn in the proposed map. Notably, Scarborough East would no longer include parts of Pickering. Only Scarborough Southwest would remain unchanged.

Also: Stephen Woodworth (Kitchener Centre), whose riding loses territory to Kitchener--Conestoga and the new riding of Kitchener South--Hespeler, but adds northern part of Kitchener currently in Kitchener--Waterloo.
