►Government officials brief the veterans affairs committee on services and benefits for veterans offered Canada and its allies.

►Conservative MP Cheryl Gallant discusses her bill (C-462) at the finance committee.

►The procedure committee continues to hear from Ontario MPs with objections to the province's proposed federal boundaries. Three sessions are scheduled:

Toronto: John Carmichael (Don Valley West), Olivia Chow (Trinity-Spadina), and Bob Rae (Toronto Centre)

Central Ontario: Colin Carrie (Oshawa), Dean Del Mastro (Peterborough), Barry Devolin (Haliburton--Kawartha Lakes--Brock), and Erin O'Toole (Durham)

Brampton: Parm Gill (Brampton--Springdale), Kyle Seeback (Brampton West), and David Tilson (Dufferin--Caledon).

►The agriculture committee hears testimony on losses in honey bee colonies from CropLife Canada, the Grain Farmers of ontario, and Alberta Beekeepers.

Canada has yet to follow the European Union in banning three pesticides believed to be the cause of massive losses to bee colonies. 

Alvin Fiddler, deputy Grand Chief of the Nishnawbe Aski Nation, Viviane Michel, president of Quebec Native Women, and Ellen Gabriel, a former candidate for AFN national chief, discuss Bill S-2 at the status of women committee.

Introduced several times by the Conservatives in previous parliaments but never passed before dissolution, it deals with on-reserve rules for matrimonial property rights in case of death, break-up, or domestic violence.

►The Public Service Labour Relations Board presents main estimates to the government operations committee.

►The natural resources committee continues to study market diversification in the energy sector. Today's hearing includes the Canadian Gas Association, Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, Pembina Institute, and Economist correspondent Madelaine Drohan, who wrote a 2012 report on resoruce development for the Canadian International Council.

►Aboriginal Affairs Minister Bernard Valcourt answers questions on Bill C-47 at the Senate's energy, environment and natural resources committee.
