Canadian Heritage: Heritage Minister James Moore discusses the plan to change to Museum of Civilization to the Canadian Museum of History. Mark O'Neill, president and CEO of the Canadian Musuem of Civilization Corporation, also appears.

Justice and Human Rights: Several witnesses answer questions on Bill C-54. They include:

1) Isabelle Gaston, whose two children were murdered by their father -- released from a psychiatric hospital after being deemed not criminally responsible;

2) Carol de Delley, mother of a Manitoba man killed on a Greyhound bus in 2008; and

3) officials from Canadian Bar Association, Schizophrenia Society of Canada, and Elizabeth Fry and John Howard societies, and the Canadian Psychiatric Association.

Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics: Jennifer Stoddart, the federal information commissioner, discusses Bill-461.
