Bill C-48, which contains tax amendments, returns for further second-reading debate.

Second-reading debate continues on Bill C-425, which would allow permanent residents to gain Canadian citizenship one year earlier if they agree to serve three years in the military. Conservative MP Devinder Shory is the sponsor.

The House of Commons will not sit next week. MPs return to the chamber on Monday, Feb. 25.
