►Bill S-17 is debated at second reading. The legislation puts into force several tax agreements with Namibia, Serbia, Poland, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.

►More report-stage debate is also expected on the budget implementation bill (C-60).

►Report-stage debate is scheduled for Bill S-213, which would establish July 27 as an annual Korean War Veterans Day is debated for the first time in the House of Commons. Senator Yonah Martin originally introduced the bill in the upper chamber.

►Bill C-51 is voted on at third reading.
