Bill C-43 is debated at report stage. The legislation which limits the review of certain foreign nationals and permanent residents who are inadmissible to Canada "on such grounds as serious criminality."

Two private member's bills are debated for the first time.

C-452, introduced by Bloc MP Maria Mourani, contains a number of measures to fight human trafficking.

C-425 would allow permanent residents to gain Canadian citizenship one year earlier if they agree to serve three years in the military. Conservative MP Devinder Shory is the sponsor.

Sorry but Bell is holding back A LOT of information about consumers preferred choice 3 year contracts compared to 1 and 2 years.
