In the House - Wednesday

Wed Dec 12 2012

The parties hold their final caucus meetings on Parliament Hill before the Christmas break.

The RCMP accountability bill (C-42) returns from committee for report stage debate.

Several votes are scheduled for this evening in the House of Commons.

MPs vote on Bill C-15, Bill C-37, and Bill C-429, along with a motion to update Canada's air transport policies and negotiations with airlines and other countries, plus a concurrence motion on a justice committee report asking for more time to study Bill C-394.

There are also votes on amendments to Bill C-377.

A separate concurrence debate, spearheaded by NDP MP Paul Dewar, is scheduled on a report from the foreign affairs committee on Syria's humanitarian crisis.
