A third-reading vote is expected on Bill C-383. The legislation would strengthen federal laws to prohibit the bulk removal of transboundary waters.

Bill C-400, which calls for Ottawa to lead a national housing strategy, is debated at second reading.

The parties also hold their weekly caucus meetings this morning on Parliament Hill.
