**Watch live on CPAC and cpac.ca at 2pm ET / 11am PT**
Each of the nine candidates will spend 11 minutes alone on-stage with moderator Harvey Locke, the Liberal candidate in November's Calgary Centre by-election.
Locke will interview for four minutes before asking seven minutes of questions submitted in advance by area Liberals.
Agriculture and rural issues, transportation, foreign ownership in the resource sector, crime prevention, and natural resource exports are the five general themes.
It's billed as a "Davos-style" event, referring to the one-on-one sessions with world leaders at the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
The candidates return to the stage en masse at the Metropolitan Theatre for one-minute closing statements.
Here is the scheduled speaking order, according to the Liberal party:
- Karen McCrimmon
- Marc Garneau
- Joyce Murray
- Justin Trudeau
- Deborah Coyne
- David Bertschi
- Martin Cauchon
- Martha Hall Findlay
- George Takach
Tickets (at $20 each) have sold out, according to the party.
It's the second in five leadership debates in the run-up to April's voting. The next debate is Saturday, Feb. 16 in Mississauga, Ont.
