The Canadian Bar Association held its annual meeting in Quebec City from August 17 th to 19 th.
On August 19th, 2008, the session entitled " 400 Years of Military History in Quebec and Canada," featured Jack Granatstein (Canadian Defence & Foreign Affairs Institute) and Serge Bernier (National Defence Headquarters).
