On February 26th, 2009, in Ottawa Foreign Affairs Minister, Lawrence Cannon, delivered the keynote address at the Conference of Defence Associations Institute 25th Annual Defence Seminar. The Minister of Foreign Affairs discussed his recent trip to the United States to meet with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the current state of US - Canada relations.
