The Conference of Defence Associations held their 72nd Annual General Meeting in Ottawa on February 27th, 2009, and Chief of the Defence Staff, General Walt Natynczyk, delivered the keynote address. General Natynczyk discussed the current state of the Canadian Forces as well as the long-term objectives and short term targets for the future.
