On November 2nd, 2009, in Ottawa, the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs in partnership with Carleton University and the Department of Foreign Affairs & International Trade held the 2009 Simon Reisman Lecture. This year's lecture was given by Pascal Lamy, the Director-General of the World Trade Organization spoke about Climate Change and the Future of World Trade.
