Canadian Defence & Foreign Affairs Institute Annual Conference
On November 2^nd, 2009, the Canadian Defence & Foreign Affairs Institute (CDFAI) and the Canadian International Council (CIC) jointly hosted the 2009 Annual Ottawa Conference. The focus of this year's conference was Canada's National Strategic Relations: NATO & NORAD.

In the first panel presentation of the conference Charles Doran of Johns Hopkins University, Joel Sokolsky of RMC and former Deputy Commander-in-Chief of NORAD, George Macdonald, discussed the future of Canada's role in The North American Aerospace Defense Command.
