On December 1^st, 2009, in Ottawa, a distinguished panel discussed the challenges facing the United Nations Climate Change Conference convening in Copenhagen from December 7^th to 18^th. Among the experts were Anthony Cary (British High Commissioner to Canada) and David McLaughlin (President of the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy). Following their presentations and discussion, the panelists responded to questions from the audience.
