On January 21^st and 22^nd, 2010, the National Capital Branch of the Canadian International Council held a two-day conference in Ottawa entitled The World in 2015: Implications for Canada. On January 22^nd, Devesh Kapur, director of the Center for the Advanced Study of India at the University of Pennsylvania, delivered an global view of what Canada will look like in 2015.
