On February 8^th, 2010, in Ottawa, the U.S. ambassador to Canada, David Jacobson, was the keynote speaker at an event organized by the Canadian International Council. Jacobson outlined the Obama Administration's foreign policy objectives. Following his speech, the ambassador responded to questions from the audience.
