Conference of Defence Associations Institute 26^th Annual Seminar
On March 3^rd, 2010, the Conference of Defence Associations Institute held their 26^th Annual Seminar in Ottawa entitled "Protecting Canada's National Interests in an Uncertain World."

The second panel of the day, entitled "Learning from Afghanistan: Capabilities Across the Spectrum," featured Chris Alexander (former Canadian Ambassador to Afghanistan), David Kilcullen (author of "The Accidental Guerrilla: Fighting Small Wars in the Midst of a Big One") and Brigadier-General Jonathan Vance, (former Commander Canadian Joint Task Force-Afghanistan).
