English | Français On November 1^st in Ottawa, Ambassador of Afghanistan to Canada, Omar Samad, delivered the opening address at the Atlantic Treaty Association 53^rd General Assembly. In his remarks the Ambassador gave an Afghan perspective on rebuilding efforts and the continued presence of donor countries and contributing nations in terms of security, aid and governance.
