50+ Years of Canada and Peacekeeping

The Organization for the History of Canada held a conference in Ottawa from May 11 to 14. Paul Heinbecker, Director of the Laurier Centre for Global Relations, Governance and Policy at Wilfred Laurier University, gave the opening keynote speech on May 11, 2006. During his presentation, Heinbecker examined the present state and future of Canadian peacekeeping.
